Please read these Terms & Conditions carefully before using the WhatToday platform. By accessing or using our platform, you confirm that you have read, understood and agreed to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the platform.
WhatToday is a booking intermediary. The contract for the activity is between you and the provider. WhatToday is not the organizer or operator of any activity.

WhatToday operates an online marketplace that connects tourists with independent local activity and experience providers in Mallorca and beyond.
WhatToday acts exclusively as a booking intermediary, marketing platform and payment collection agent on behalf of independent third-party service providers.
WhatToday is NOT:
The legal contract for any booked service is entered into directly between you (the customer) and the respective provider. The provider name is clearly indicated on each booking confirmation.
EU Package Travel Directive (2015/2302): WhatToday does not combine services into package holidays. Each booking is a standalone service contract between you and the provider.

Booking confirmations are sent by email. Please check your spam folder if not received within 15 minutes.
All prices are displayed in Euros (EUR) and include applicable taxes unless otherwise stated.
Payment is collected by WhatToday on behalf of the service provider using secure third-party payment processors (Stripe). By completing a booking, you authorize WhatToday to charge the displayed amount to your selected payment method.
WhatToday may display promotional prices, last-minute discounts or special offers. These prices are set by providers and subject to availability.

We strongly recommend purchasing personal travel insurance that covers activity cancellations.
Customers must arrive at the meeting point at least 15 minutes before the scheduled start time unless otherwise specified by the provider.
Where a provider cancels due to weather conditions, unsafe sea or wind conditions, force majeure, government restrictions or safety concerns, you will receive:
The decision regarding whether conditions are safe to operate rests solely with the provider. WhatToday does not override provider safety decisions.
If a provider cancels for operational reasons not related to weather or safety, you will receive a full refund. WhatToday will attempt to offer an alternative where possible.
You are solely responsible for ensuring you meet all stated participation requirements before booking, including:
No refund shall be issued where a provider refuses participation because a customer fails to meet stated requirements or violates safety instructions.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law:
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot lawfully be excluded under Spanish or EU consumer law, including rights under Real Decreto Legislativo 1/2007 (Spanish Consumer Protection Law).
Your statutory rights as an EU consumer are not affected by these Terms.
WhatToday operates in compliance with Regulation (EU) 2022/2065 (Digital Services Act).
As a marketplace, WhatToday:
Provider listings may contain information supplied by the provider. WhatToday is not responsible for the accuracy of provider-submitted content but will investigate and remove content reported as illegal or misleading.
All platform content including the WhatToday name, logo, trademarks, design, software and text is the exclusive property of Global Network 4 You S.L. or its licensors.
No content may be copied, reproduced, distributed or used commercially without prior written consent.
Your personal data is processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy, available at www.whattoday.app/privacy. By using the platform you acknowledge and accept such processing. WhatToday complies with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR).
Customers may submit reviews following completed bookings. By submitting a review you confirm that:
WhatToday reserves the right to remove reviews that are false, abusive, defamatory, discriminatory or otherwise in breach of these Terms.

We aim to respond within 5 business days.
If your complaint relates to a provider, we will forward it to the relevant provider and facilitate resolution. WhatToday is not obligated to compensate for provider failures but may do so at its discretion in exceptional circumstances.

These Terms are governed by the laws of Spain. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Palma de Mallorca, without prejudice to mandatory consumer protection rights under the law of your country of residence.
WhatToday reserves the right to update these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated by email or platform notification. Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
