Frequently asked questions

No prior experience is needed. Snorkeling is easy to learn and perfect for anyone who enjoys being in the water. Our professional guides accompany you step by step and ensure the highest level of safety at all times.

Participants must be at least 8 years old and physically fit. Children under 12 may only participate if accompanied by an adult guardian who also takes part in the tour. Teenagers under 18 need a declaration of consent from a parent or legal guardian. If a parent or legal guardian is present, the form is completed on site; otherwise a signed consent form must be brought along.

Basic comfort in the water is helpful. Each participant receives a wetsuit which also acts as a buoyancy aid, making it easy even for less experienced swimmers to relax at the surface.

All equipment is included — mask, snorkel, fins and a wetsuit suited to the current water temperature. In spring and autumn we use full-length suits, in summer shorter ones.

The tour lasts approximately 3.5 hours in total, including registration, equipment fitting, transfer to the Cala Delta nature reserve and the snorkeling session itself.

Groups are intentionally kept small with a maximum of 8 participants per tour. This allows the guide to give individual attention to each guest and show you the best spots.

If using the pickup from Playa de Palma, be at the ticket office 30 minutes before the tour starts — the shuttle departs on time and cannot wait. If going directly to the diving school, arrive 15 minutes before the start. Free parking is available directly in front of the barrier.
